DIY

With the ongoing use of a home, high traffic areas and frequently used fixtures take a certain amount of wear and tear. We can keep on top of the maintenance of these items, whether it be replacing a faulty door handle or trimming down an expanding door or fixing a hole in the wall, we can either complete this work ourselves or arrange for this to be completed and overseen on your behalf.

Plumbing Services

Keeping on top of the plumbing and heating is difficult at the best of times. Just sorting one is hard enough, especially in an emergency. Beechwood can arrange and fix your plumbing emergencies and problems for you, so you don’t have to find a plumber near you to do the job. If it’s an easy enough fix, such as replacing a washer or tightening a loose tap, we may be able to go to the plumbing centre to get the supplies and fix the problem ourselves. Saving you money on a pricey tradesman.

Electrician Services

It’s the same deal with our Electrical services. If it’s a problem we can solve we will do this for you. If not we will bring in an electrician in on your behalf. So we can sort out electrical installations, maintenance testing and more. But we use common sense. If it’s just a matter of changing a lightbulb, we would do that ourselves!

Decorating

When it comes to interior decorating we can help you touch up your paintwork around the house. We source the decorating supplies ourselves so you don’t have to. Whether it’s finishing decorating a bathroom or touching up a skirting board, our aim is to Improve and fix the more tired areas of your interior, without you having to go search for an interior decorator, saving you money.

Organising gas and oil delivery

This is another one of those time consuming tasks which involves the logistics of firstly keeping an eye on the oil levels, then booking the delivery, then someone has to be there when the delivery arrives. We can sort the whole process from start to finish. Even paying the invoice on your behalf.

Meter readings

Submitting meter readings is straight forward. But it’s just another thing on the to-do-list. Beechwood can take care of this without the stress of you having to put it in your calendar so you can focus on the bigger things.
